EGITRON, Solutions for Quality Control and Inspection
In this section we introduce you a little more of us with a message from our CEO, the presentation of our team, some of the most important milestones in our history and some customer testimonials.
CEO's Message
Armindo Oliveira
It is already a long path taken by EGITRON, the company created in 1997 but that comes entirely from the sole proprietorship ArteSis, from 1991.
Like all companies, it had its ups and downs, but during the years has been able to overcome all adversity and turn them into growing opportunities. It was thus possible to create a path of huge successes, technological development and promising in the national and international conjuncture.
Although today we develop products for multiples sectors, from automobile industry, to food and drinks, to a lot of others, it is impossible to me and to the company forget its origins: cork. As a result of competition from alternative sealants, EGITRON became, from early age, an industry partner of this sector, due to its obligation to bet on the quality of its products. This partnership and symbiosis between them has been growing and that is why, even today, our company remains the undisputed and unrivaled leader in the development of equipment and software for quality control, inspection and, consequently, affirmation of cork stopper as a seal of excellence and environmentally friendly.
Regardless of its geographical location, in a small Portuguese parish, EGITRON has always maintained a global perspective and, with hard work, we are proud today to work with companies from all over the world, exporting to over 40 countries.
All successes were achieved by a motivated, experienced, undeniably united and growing team! Today, more than ever, we have challenges and opportunities ahead that need to be addressed and I, as a CEO, am sure that together we can lead EGITRON to a bright future!
We increasingly aim to improve the well-being of employees, increasingly contribute to a better economic and financial sustainability, serve better our customers, create even better ties with suppliers and partners and increasingly contribute to society more just, fraternal and harmonious with Mother Earth… Deep down, we want and will continue to reinforce our excellence at all levels!
