EGITRON reserves the right not to process any order or refund, in case of errors in the values and / or characteristics of the products.
1.7. RETURN (RIGHT OF SETTLEMENT)
If the User is an end-consumer, he/she can exercise the right of return without any compensation being demanded (except for the possible transportation costs involved in the return of the item, these will be the responsibility of the buyer), within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer acquires the physical possession of the product. The User should contact EGITRON to check the next steps to process the return.
The User must always have the corresponding proof of purchase available.
In order for the product to be returned, you must ensure that the packaging is complete (box, instruction manual, warranty certificate, accessories, etc.) containing all the components in an excellent conservation state.

Software products and some products that fit into custom or user-developed solutions cannot be returned.
1.8. MANUFACTURING DEFECT

This period is starts from the invoice date of the equipment and can only be applied upon presentation of the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice).
It is considered out of warranty condition the equipment that has exceeded the period defined by the manufacturer or is defective due to abnormal wear, improper installation, weather, lightning, negligence or accident, improper handling, moisture/liquid infiltration, use of accessories that are not originals and technical interventions by unauthorized personnel.
If the equipment fails and this fault is not covered by the warranty, the User should contact EGITRON so that she/he can be informed of the following steps that they need to be taken (there may be a need to send the equipment directly to the manufacturer).
The User must have the corresponding proof of purchase and/or guarantee available.
1.10. COMMUNICATIONS
Without prejudice to other forms of communication set out in the Terms and Conditions, notifications sent to the User that are related to the Service, including any changes to the Terms and Conditions, may be sent to the User's email address or through the User’s telephone number.
The User agrees to receive any communications and/or notifications related to the Online Store, at the address, telephone number and e-mail address that were indicated in the ordering process.
The User may request at any time that he/she does not wish to receive these communications and/or notifications anymore. In order to do this the User has to use the Contact Form.
