EGITRON obtains ISO 9001:2015 certification

It is with great pleasure that we announce to all our customers, suppliers and friends that EGITRON has finished the successful implementation of its Quality Management System and obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification.

This important achievement was the result of intense work involving all EGITRON employees combined with the technical advice provided by the Innovation and Quality Unit from CATIM.

This certification translates itself to many internal benefits to our company ranging from optimizing work processes all the way to replacing inappropriate habits with harmonized procedures and systematizing existing good practices. This structuring plays an important role in the cultivation of a healthy and comfortable work environment, contributing to the overall satisfaction of the employees, generating interpersonal cooperation and creativity which translates into the quality of EGITRON products.

But one of the major pillars of the ISO 9001 certification is customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of customer requirements. Our main focus in this area is to anticipate the needs of our customers and surpass their expectations whenever possible by complying with their requirements (legal, functional and non-functional) and through a sustained management. Our activity is focused on the customer and also on the value we can add to the products we sell, this means that our involvement begins in the sale process and extends for many year after in the form of a partnership of trust.

Another direct advantage for our customers is the assurance that EGITRON verifies its products through functional and non-functional tests in a thorough and exhaustive way, identifying potential failure points and correcting them so that all the products that reach the market don’t deviate from the quality standard of our brand. We intend to ensure that we always meet the expectations of our customers about our products and services.

All this process begins and ends with the evaluation and definition of criteria of our suppliers and in an assessment of the satisfaction level of our customers, always with the purpose of identifying potential improvement actions in favor of a continuous improvement.
