Benefits

Bottleneck profile control is an important control parameter for bottle manufacturers as well as cork stoppers producers and wineries. It’s a simple machine, highly reliable and easily maintained.

It can collect diameter values at 0 degrees or at 0 degree and 90 degrees. This is useful information to detect bottleneck ovality. The values can be shown in millimetres or in inches, and up to 30 bottles can be included in each report.

This machine is supplied with software developed in and for Windows. This software is needed to control the machine, set the tests, collect values and print the reports.

Software	Control the machine. Data collection and storage. Statistical and graphical treatment of the collected values. Values can be shown in either millimetres or inches. Printable reports are configurable with the following items: Table with all the collected values; Statistical Table with maximum, minimum, mean and standard deviation; Detailed bottleneck drawing; Ovality graph and calculation for tests with only one bottle; Conicity calculation (compared to the bottleneck top). Data export to XLS file. Summary reports in multiple languages (Portuguese, Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Italian and German). Software available in Portuguese and English, compatible with Microsoft Windows 8 and previous operating systems.
