Benefits
It’s a low-cost equipment, developed to meet the portability needs of both technical and sales staff of cork enterprises and wineries, providing bottleneck control anywhere. However it can also run as laboratory equipment.
To facilitate its transportation, the equipment’s height can be reduced to about half. Optionally it can be provided with an aluminium transport case.
The cork extraction is done with the help of a corkscrew, which should be manually inserted into the cork.
The maximum cork extraction force reading is done by a Mecmesin BFG 1000N force gauge, with a great accuracy and the ability to store maximum values.
Besides reading the values from the force gauge display, the user has the option to connect it to a PC and import the values into a windows software application, providing better readings of the force values and the possibility to print reports.
